RUSTA验厂社会责任审核范围

1、Every worker has an employment contract 劳动合同

1.1 Do all workers (including contracted and migrant workers) have a formal employment contract? 是否所有工人（包括合同工和流动工人）都签订了正式劳动合同？

2、No child labour     RUSTA验厂 - 无童工

ILO: Minimim legal age is 15 years old (or the local country law).国际劳工组织：最低法定年龄为15岁（或当地国家法律）。

2.1 Are there any children working in the factory premises? 是否有童工在车间工作？

2.2 Is there an employment policy in place to prevent Child Labour? 是否制定和实施预防使用童工和童工误用补救政策？

2.3 Are young/juvenile workers (less than 18 years old) protected from dangerous working conditions and night-work? 是否制定和实施政策以避免青少年工（小于18周岁）工作于有毒有害岗位和加夜班。

3、Voluntary labour RUSTA验厂 - 自愿劳动

3.1 Do the factory retain workers ID-documents or use financial bondage towards them? 是否采用扣押员工身份证件或金钱奴役等方式强留员工。

3.2 Are workers free to leave the factory at the end of working shifts or during non-working hours? 是否工人于下班后和非上班期间可以自由离开厂区。

4、Access to fresh drinking water and toilets 饮用水和卫生间的要求

4.1 Is fresh drinking water available free of charge to all workers? 是否免费提供工人干净饮水。

4.2 Are functional toilets accessible to all workers? 是否提供所有工人功能齐全的洗手间设施。

4.3 Are there separate toilets for men and women? 是否提供男女分离的洗手间。

5、Wages equal to or exceeding the legal minimum level  RUSTA验厂 - 工资福利

5.1 All workers receive at least the minimum legal wage for all regular hours worked? 是否提供工人在正常工作时间内的最低工资。

6、Critical health and safety hazards prevented 健康和安全危害

6.1 Are there any critical health or safety hazards (physical injury of a permanent nature) at the manufacturing site, canteen or dormitories? 是否在车间、餐厅或宿舍存在任何重大健康安全危害（永久性的身体伤害）。

6.2 Are there at least two (2) unlocked exits with doors opening outwards in all facilities? 是否在各区域存在至少两个外开式逃生出口。

6.3 Adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) is available free of charge for the exposed workers? 是否免费提供暴露于危害岗位的工人足够的个人防护用品。

7、Critical Environmental pollution is prevented  防止重大环境污染

7.1 Is there any irreversible pollution caused by the factory that gives a highly negative impact on the environment. 是否存在对环境有着高负面影响的不可逆的污染。

8、Good Business Ethics   RUSTA验厂 - 良好的商业道德

8.1 The factory has a business ethics policy? 工厂是否制定和执行商业道德政策。

8.2 The Supplier/factory has signed RSM External contacts appendix? 供应商和或工厂是否签署Rusta供应商手册之外部联络附件。
