1. Does the vendor give a labour contract to the worker & have written policy on wage and compensation awards legislated in this country or region? 卖方是否与工人签定劳动合同,是否有针对法定工资和福利方面的书面政策？

2. Are the legislated minimum wage rates posted or available to employees at the commencement of employment? 法定最低工资是否张贴或在雇佣开始时告知员工？

3. Do the wages & compensation for employees meet the legal or prevailing industry wage legislated in this country or region? 员工工资和福利待遇是否符合国家或地方的法律或通常行业要求？

4. Is the employee notified of any legally approved deduction for company provided items? 公司是否通知员工法规允许的扣减项目？

5. Are legally required withholding’s being retained correctly and paid to the proper agency(s) in accordance with this country or regions law? 法律允许的扣缴款是否被正确的扣除并且根据国家或当地法规支付给相应的机构？

11. Are benefits paid in accordance with this country or regions law? Eg: paid vacation, insurances, meal allowances, etc…是否按照国家或地方法规提供福利,例如:带薪休假,保险,餐费津贴等等。
