三、Continuity Strategy
   持续性策略
1、Appropriate risk control and continuity strategy options shall be evaluated.
   应进行适当的风险控制和持续性策略备案的评估
2、Alternative Production template shall be completed for significant SKUs
   应对重要和大量的订单做备用应急生产计划

四、BCM-Continuity Plan (Repsonse) Plan Development
   业务持续管理应建立（应对）计划
1、Emergency /Incident Plan shall be in place
   应建立紧急情况/突发事故应对计划
2、Incident Management teams (IMT) shall be in place
   应建立事故处理团队
3、Incident Team Contact details shall be kept
   应保存有事故处理团队的联系方式
