六、GPC验厂审核补充说明

1. 员工入厂登记表: 1 页，花名册: 1 页(有不符合项则按需复印)；

2. 劳动合同：1 份，有不符合项则按需复印；

3. 未成年工名单：1 份；

4 .工作时间纪录：1 人 X 审核时间范围 （如：12个月，3个月等）有不符合项则按需复印（不超5套记录）；

5.综合计时批文/延时加班批文: 1 份；

6. 工资表：1 人 X 审核时间范围 （如：12个月，3个月等）有不符合项则按需复印（不超5套记录）；

7. 如是计件工资， 应复印与工时记录对应的原始计件记录；

8. MSDS: 1 份；

9. 工会组织会议记录: 1 份；

10. 工会代表选举程序及其职责: 1 份；

11. 工厂程序制度文件可以选择重点内容复印，但必须包含不符合项相关部分的内容；

12 .官方文件证件类文件需要全部复印，第三方报告类文件可以选择重点内容复印。
