1、Do the work instructions specify the materials to be used? (e.g., part number/name, assembly tools, inspection tools)
   制程作业规范是否对使用的物料做了明确定义（如：料物料名称、组装作业用具、检验用具等）

2、Do the work inspections indicate assembly specifications and machine setting? (e.g., solder temp, torque driver setting, and adjustment/test specifications)
   组装作业规范是否对组装作业说明和设备性能、参数作了明确说明？（焊接温度、工具扭矩设定、调整及测试规范等）

3、Are there work instructions defining the manner of production and installation for each process/station?
   制程作业规范是否对每一流程和工位的生产方式都作了明确的定义？

4、Do the work instructions clearly the machines, equipment, tools, fixtures, and program to be used?
   制程作业规范是否对使用的机器设备、模制具、备品、程序做明确的说明？

5、Are quality documents (e.g., QC-flow/work instructions) revision controlled and approved by authorized personnel prior to issue?
   品质文件（如：QC流程图及作业规范）的版本是否在发行前都经过授权人员的认证和承认？

6、Is there the SPC training program?
